Elite Skills Training

Option 1

On court training, this program will consist of four days a week of only court work.

 

Option 2

On court and weight room training, this program is four days a week with one hour on the court and one hour in the weight room.

 

Option 3

With this program each client will receive on court, weight room, plyometrics and swimming pool/hill training. This program is five days a week with court and weight room for four days and one day of either plyometrics, pool training or hill conditioning.

 

Option 4

Team or Group Training, with this program all players will receive on court, weight room, plyometrics and swimming pool/hill training. This program is a five days a week program with 2-3 hour session for each group.
